Fiancé Visas
Scheduling an Appointment
Most of the Immigrant Visa applicants are scheduled for their interview by the National Visa Center (NVC). Please attend the NVC-scheduled appointment in order to avoid delays in processing your case.
If you are a Selectee of the Diversity Visa Program (Green Card Lottery) for the current fiscal year, the Kentucky Consular Center (KCC) will schedule you for an interview in Montreal. A Diversity Visa applicant must attend an immigrant visa interview and acquire the visa before September 30 of the current fiscal year. Please attend the KCC-scheduled appointment in order to avoid delays in processing your immigrant visa case.
If you are a beneficiary of an I-129F (K-1 fiancé) petition or beneficiary of a petition filed in Canada, the U.S. Consulate General in Montreal will send you a Packet 4 appointment letter to authorize your immigrant visa appointment. Please do not attempt to schedule unless you have received your Packet 4 letter. All unauthorized appointments are canceled without notice!
If you have previously been scheduled by NVC or KCC and could not attend you interview, please click here to reschedule your interview.
